A coordinated lighting strategy complements the geometry and character of this Atlanta office.
Lighting connects architectural character with everyday function at Riveron’s 11,000-sq-ft Atlanta office. Designed by Corten Collective, this high-performance workplace combines open and enclosed spaces, glass office fronts and a layered palette inspired by the landscapes of urban Atlanta. Throughout, a comprehensive lighting strategy composed of Lumenwerx luminaires supports the architectural vision and the needs of the people who work there.
At reception, Pivot fixtures suspended in a grid echo the geometry of surrounding windows and glass fronts. Pivot’s crisp lines frame a welcoming arrival that makes light an integral part of the experience. As guests move on through the space into an open office, Via 2 Recessed luminaires provide ambient downlighting, integrated cleanly into the ceiling. Nearby, Aera 2 Cylinder in black introduce visual contrast while adding an additional layer of focused illumination, thanks to their precise XPoint™ optics.
Along the perimeter of the larger space, private side offices are lit with a soft glow emanating from Via 2 fixtures. Installed in a recessed edge near the ceiling, these carry light down the walls, extending the clean linear language into quieter settings. Elsewhere, Via 2 recessed and pendant Patterns provide downlighting in key areas, while Pivot Dot and HLO modules complement linear fixtures with adjustable lighting and comfortable illumination.
Finally, up in the ceiling above a conference room table, a large rectangular Rim installation frames a gridlike ceiling feature, while providing a glowing ambiance for meetings and working sessions. Together, this impressive scheme establishes a cohesive environment where illumination supports daily activity while thoughtfully complementing the surrounding architecture.
