CLUSTER COMBINATIONS

Downlight

Cluster combinations integrate the miniature downlight elements with linear HLO general lighting, all in a narrow 1.5" extruded channel. Compatible optics include all downlight, parabolic, and wall wash types and are available 3-, 5-, and 10-cell configurations and all applicable beam spreads and aperture finishes. Cluster Combinations can run any length from 4’ on and can be recessed, surface, or pendant mounted with on-board drivers.

OPTICS - SOFT-EDGE DOWNLIGHT

SOFT-EDGED FEATHERED BEAM (SOF) blends the light into darker areas for a gentle brightness transition. Each LED emitter directs light through a single, custom molded circular optic using Total Internal Reflection (TIR) to shape the light. A 0.5" reflective square aperture provides a cut off with a UGR of 10. Three different TIR elements create a choice of beam spread: 25º Narrow Flood (NFL), 35º Flood (FLD), or 55º Wide Flood (WFL).

OPTICS - SHARP-EDGE DOWNLIGHT

SHARP-EDGED CUT-OFF BEAM (REF) creates dramatic impact, limiting the spread of light outside of the primary beam. A molded conical reflector redirects light from each emitter into the desired beam angle. A 0.5" reflective square aperture provides a cut off with a UGR of 10. Three different TIR elements create a choice of beam spread: 15º Spot (SPT), 30º Flood (FLD), or 45º Wide Flood (WFL).

OPTICS - PARABOLIC

Parabolic Louvers (SPL, MPL, WPL, BPL) - Parabolic louver optics provide excellent shielding and a pleasing crisp visual texture. The parabolic contour of the blades and side reflectors direct light into a comfortable downlight distribution, while minimizing shadows from the LED array above each cell. Four finishes are available: Specular Aluminum (SPL), Matte Aluminum (MPL), Matte White (WPL) and Matte Black (BPL).

OPTICS - WALL WASH

Wall Wash Reflector Optics (WRO) - Clusters Linear Wall Wash optics use multiple mid-flux emitters in a continuous array, supported by an angled board. An aluminum reflector collects and redirects emitter flux, while a refractive film adjusts both vertical and horizontal intensity and eliminates source image. The result is excellent uniformity up and down the wall, as well as between luminaires.

OPTICS - HLO

HIGH EFFICIENCY LAMBERTIAN OPTIC (HLO) - The High-efficiency Lambertian Optic (HLO) shielding of diffusing 0.075" thick acrylic with up to 88% transmission and good source obscuration is combined with matte white side reflectors to create an efficient optical chamber with uniform luminosity.

LOUVER SHAPE & FINISH

Clusters with soft-edge and sharp-edge beams are available in three baffles styles: square, conical, and hyperbolic, each in five finishes. The conical aperture fits into a separate plate which fills out the linear or planar form and can match or contrast with the aperture finish.

CHROMAWERX

ChromaWerx Sola is single-channel control that dims output while warming the color temperature in a pre-determined relationship. A simple digital or analog control sends a common signal to dual output digital drivers, which are programmed to adjust a specially populated LED array to emulate the effect of dimming a filament source. Dimming range is programmable but the default option runs from 3500K at 100% of full power to 2700K at 5% of full power. CRI is maintained above 80 throughout the dimming range.

ChromaWerx Duo is two-channel control. It uses analog or digital protocols for synchronous control of both warm and cool LED arrays, enabling the user to set color temperature and light output. Commonly called “tunable white”, ChromaWerx two-channel control provides the range of warm (2700K) to cool (6500K) color that can be useful for helping to entrain circadian rhythms, stimulate alertness for improved educational and work productivity, and compensate for jet lag, among other applications. The ChromaWerx drivers are programmed to limit maximum light output and power usage across all color temperatures. CRI is maintained above 80.
